Raunak is a dedicated researcher with a strong foundation in agricultural biotechnology and biological sciences. She holds an M.Sc. in Agricultural Biotechnology from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, India, and a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India. Her doctoral research explored the intricate dynamics of plant-microbe interactions under abiotic stress conditions. After completing her Ph.D., Raunak decided to transition from academia and discovered a deep interest in Science Communication. As a Science Editor at JoVE, she is eager to collaborate with scientists across various disciplines and help shape how research is shared with a global audience.
